Gym Monthly Membership

Our affordable gym membership gets you access to our equipment, including treadmills, bikes, seated stepper, dumbbells, bands, and more! 

This would be ideal for someone that:

• • • is being discharged from physical therapy and has a list of their HEP to continue and needs a place to do the exercises with supervision from someone knowledgeable 
    • is independent with their exercise routine and enjoys a smaller, more personable gym setting
    • may need one or two personal training sessions to set up a gym program as they are unsure what they need, then continues on their own with the membership
    • is looking for an affordable way to supplement their personal training sessions and/or group classes by utilizing their insurance benefit
    • is independent but knows they need the accountability.  We do make appointments for the gym and we find that this helps people stay on track and continue to stay motivated when they get the reminder for their upcoming appointment.
